Gindi Holdings has begun marketing the "Carmei Hanadiv" neighborhood, which is currently being established near Beer Tuvia and Kiryat Malachi.

In Phase A, 336 housing units will be marketed in a diverse mix that includes 3-5 room apartments, garden apartments, penthouses and duplexes, and the project is expected to be populated in about 3 years from today.



This is private land that Gindi Holdings purchased from the Rothstein company about six months ago, on which the "Carmei Hanadiv" neighborhood will be built.

Gindi announced that it will open the marketing at presale prices, which reflect discounts of over NIS 200,000 from the price that the rest of the apartments in the neighborhood will market.

3-room apartments will start at NIS 1,259,000, 4-room apartments at NIS 1,399,000 and 5-room apartments at NIS 1,569,000. The sales volume of the entire project is NIS 1.5 billion.
