According to a report in the British tabloid The Sun, Prince Charles (73) has banished his younger brother Andrew (61) from Windsor Castle.
According to the tabloid, which cites internal sources, Prince Charles is said to have demanded that Andrew "get out of sight and out of the picture."
Andrew is accused of sexually abusing Virginia Giuffre, who was a minor at the time, more than 20 years ago.
Giuffre was forced to do so by US businessman Jeffrey Epstein and his ex-partner Ghislaine Maxwell.
Andrew has always strictly denied the allegations.
Andrew is scheduled to testify under oath before Giuffre's lawyers at a "neutral venue" in London on March 10.
The survey is expected to last two days, according to the PA news agency.
Both sides must decide by July 28 whether they want to risk a civil trial.
This process would then probably begin in the fall in New York.
An out-of-court settlement, for which Andrew would have to pay the plaintiff millions of pounds, is still possible.
According to media reports, Prince Andrew was last in Windsor Castle in mid-January.
The Queen (95) had stripped her second eldest son of his titles and military ranks and relieved him of his patronage.
According to the Sun article, Prince Charles feels his brother has misled him.
Andrew told him three years ago that the scandal would "go away".
