(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 14 - The center of Rome is under strict surveillance by the police in view of the no Green pass demonstration announced for the morning at the Circus Maximus.
Piazza Venezia, via del Corso and the streets of the institutional palaces are manned by policemen and police in riot gear, but at the moment the traffic is regular and there are only Romans and tourists on the street.
At the event, authorized by the Prefecture, a few hundreds of people are expected, but in recent days in the chats of the Green pass the hypothesis of a 'drop' in Rome, complete with blocking of traffic, had been put forward, on the eve of the entry into force of the ban on entrance to the workplace for over 50s without super green pass.
Last February 4 the prefect of Rome had denied the three-day meeting to the Pratoni del Vivaro.
