(ANSA) - STRASBOURG, 15 FEB - "Africa's problems are our problems, when we solve these problems we solve ours too".
This was stated by Josep Borrell, a high representative of EU foreign policy speaking at the plenary of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
"Now is the time to speak clearly among us," he said on the eve of the EU-African Union summit.
"The EU and the African Union do not agree on everything, of course not, but they agree on the essential and this is enough for a stronger partnership between us", he underlined.
