Reset your Samsung smartphone from the settings
If you want to hard reset your Samsung smartphone, you can use Settings first.
The following steps may vary slightly depending on your device model.
To start, you have to go to the "Settings" section, then select "Global management" and "Reset".
Then, you have to specify which area of your smartphone needs to be reset: "Reset settings", "Reset network settings" or "Reset all data".
The last step is to confirm the operation.
Once done, your Samsung smartphone resets and restarts on its own.

To reset your Samsung phone, you can also use the keys.
Note that this solution is slightly more complex.
The location of the buttons is also different depending on the Samsung models, do not hesitate to call customer service at the same time.
Turn off your terminal by pressing and holding the power button.
Validate the procedure on your screen.
Then simultaneously hold down the volume up button and the on/off button, also called the Bixby button.
When the Samsung device vibrates, only release the power button.
