British Prince Andrew, who is facing a civil lawsuit over allegations of abuse, has reached an agreement in principle with US plaintiff Virginia Giuffre on a settlement.
This is according to a court document.
Giuffre accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was a minor.
Andrew rejected these allegations several times.
Prince Andrew has long been criticized for ties to the now-dead multi-millionaire Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged abuse network.
In 2019 he gave up his royal duties and largely withdrew from the public eye.
He then lost his military titles and royal patronage in January 2022.
