The magical black chia seeds are considered a superfood.
They are rich in fatty acids and omega 3, their taste is neutral but their culinary uniqueness is that they thicken in cooking or soaking and can turn liquids like almond milk or coconut for example, into a sweet and pampering pudding.
The
chia
can be added to a wide variety of dishes ranging from smoothies, yogurts, salads and also as a topping to a mixture of schnitzels.
This time they went into a bowl with nutritious and healthy
oats
that together form a pampering pudding.
An hour in the fridge and the pudding is ready.
You can put straight in jars and every morning or at four in the afternoon when you need to recharge batteries, pull out a jar and add pampering toppings on top like fresh or dried fruit, nuts and a little maple or sesame.
