A nasal voice, ultra-voluminous hair and above all... a well-stocked wardrobe.
No one could forget the iconic outfits of Fran Fine, the crazy heroine of
Une nanny d'enfer

We see him wearing, in turn, a leopard jacket, heart-shaped glasses, a sleeveless vest with Scottish patterns, a flowered jacket, a beret and black pumps, or even... a pink bathrobe.
All this against the backdrop of the program's credits.
“What I would wear if I were Fran Fine”, can we read in the caption of the post, already “liked” more than 315,000 times.

"Piano keys" and mermaid dress
The incredible dressing room of the latter had, at the time, made millions of viewers dream.
From her pink Dior suit to her Dolce & Gabbana corset, passing by her "piano keys" dress by Moschino, and her John Murrough mermaid dress, Fran Fine never failed to impress the public with her original, inventive and initialed.
While the last episode of the series was broadcast twenty-three years ago, the most nostalgic can still rediscover the program on HBO Max.
In April 2021, Fran Drescher spoke of the unifying aspect of the show in the columns of
Hollywood Life
.
"It always seemed to me that a lot of streaming platforms didn't understand how obsessed our generation was with this show and the clothes it showed (...), she said.
Or how much the families liked this show, more than most shows, because it resonates in each of them in a different way (…)” Three decades later, Fran Fine still inspires.
