(ANSA) - BERLIN, 16 FEB - The Fipresci jury of the Berlinale2022 awarded Paolo Taviani's 'Leonora Addio' in competition at the Berlin Film Festival with this motivation: "Guided by the free spirit of the genius of Pirandello, the director of mixed poetry, melancholy, but also irony , imagination and joy to tell us the mysteries of life, death and memory ".
The director will receive the international critics' award tonight at 7.30 pm at the Hackescher Höfe cinema, thus giving up the official ceremony at the Berlinale Palast which begins at 7 pm. (ANSA).
