(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 16 - The Constitutional Court has declared admissible four of the referendums on justice promoted by the League and the Radicals, while the examination of the other questions continues.
These are the questions on the Severino law, and in particular on the consolidated act on the matter of non-compliance, on the limitation of precautionary measures, on the separation of the functions of magistrates and on the elimination of the lists of presenters for the election of the togates of the CSM.
They passed the scrutiny of the Court because "they do not fall under any of the hypotheses for which the constitutional order excludes recourse to the referendum institution".
