You never say no to a sparkling drink?

Be sure to try this easy lemony-fruity Limoncello Spritz recipe.

Even if the weather leaves something to be desired: Spring is coming.

And with it the prospect of sun and vacation.

But you can also make yourself comfortable at home with a Mediterranean meal and drinks and get that holiday feeling.

In addition to classics such as Aperol Spritz or Campari, you can also serve an unusual drink with pizza and pasta, which will put you in the Italian mood straight away.

For the following recipe for a fruity limoncello spritz you only need four ingredients and ice cubes.

Limoncello tastes different, not just as a liqueur, but as a fizzy drink in a champagne glass.

• 120 ml limoncello

• 375 ml Prosecco

• Mineral water

• Lemon balm to decorate

• ice cubes 

You can also change the ingredients as you wish: instead of Prosecco, white wine also tastes good, instead of lemon balm, basil or mint go well with the drink.
