(ANSA) - MILAN, FEBRUARY 16 - The price of gas is rapidly declining with diplomacy at work to ease tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
After the strong increases of the past few days, the prices have now reached the levels of last January.
In Amsterdam, prices are down by 3.9% to 68.56 euros per Mwh.
In London the price drops 3.3% to 165.15p per Mmbtu.
Oil rose with the WTI settling at 93.70 dollars per barrel (+ 1.9%) and Brent rising to 95.01 dollars (+ 2.01%).
