(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 17 - The Antitrust has imposed over 10 million in total sanctions for anti-competitive agreement with companies active in the supply of water meters.
This was announced by the Competition and Market Authority.
The sanctions concern the companies G2 Misuratori Srl, Maddalena Spa, Itron Italia Spa, Sensus Italia Srl aSocio Unico and WaterTech Spa, the main operators in the sector that won over 90% of the lots registered in the period, and the companies that control these last three companies, Itron Inc., Sensus Metering Systems (LuxCo 3) Sàrl and ARAD Ltd. (ANSA).
