Covid: 57,890 positive, 320 victims. Intensive care still in decline

There are 57,890 new infections from Covid in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday there were 59,749.

The victims are 320 (yesterday when there were 278) but 55 refer to the past days. 

There are 538,131 molecular and antigenic swabs for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday there were 555,080.

The positivity rate is 10.7%, stable compared to yesterday.

On the other hand, there are 1,037 patients in intensive care, 36 fewer than yesterday in the balance between income and expenses.

Daily admissions are 71. Patients with symptoms in ordinary wards are 14,562, or 565 fewer than yesterday.

12,265,343 Italians have been infected with Covid since the beginning of the pandemic, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Currently positives are 1,480,113, down 70,297 in the last 24 hours, while total deaths rise to 151,962.

The discharged and healed are 10,633,268, with an increase of 129,888 compared to yesterday.
