Thanks to a 15.6-inch display, basically the size of a laptop, EchoShow 15 is positioned as a piece of furniture, as well as a useful tool for obtaining information, watching TV series and controlling one's professional and private life through notifications, connected objects and more.
Echo Show 15, on sale at 249.99 euros, allows a personalized user experience with visual id technology.
This translates into the possibility of recognizing the people who are positioned in front of the panel, to show everyone the information they consider most useful, from the weather to the appointments in the diary.
Each image used to create the visual id profile is encrypted and stored on the device, with the data that can be deleted at any time.
Echo Show 15 can also integrate seamlessly into the environment thanks to the Photo Frame feature, which transforms the display into a full-screen frame, showing the best photos from albums from AmazonPhotos, or preloaded images and drawings with an artistic, naturalistic or travel theme.
On the speaker with screen, Amazon has also integrated the insertion of widgets, as happens on the smartphone, to quickly access your favorite apps.
For example, there is one dedicated to smarthome devices, if supported by Alexa.
The picture-in-picture view, on the other hand, allows you to watch your favorite series and in the meantime keep an eye on the children's room and other environments where there are webcams.
The Echo Show15 is designed with several privacy protection elements, including the button to turn off the microphones and the camera, the integrated camera cover and the ability to view and delete voice recordings.
