100 grams of carrots
2 eggs
250 g low-fat quark
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
250 g oat flakes, mixed tender and pithy

How to prepare the recipe for oatmeal bread with carrots and cottage cheese
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Wash the carrots (100 g) and grate them finely.
Crack the eggs (2 pcs.) (so that no eggshell falls into them), whisk them and then mix them with the quark (250 g), the salt (1 pinch) and the baking powder (1 tsp).
Now mix in the grated carrots, the oat flakes (250 g) and the linseed (25 g) well.
Fill the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake the bread for between 50 and 60 minutes, depending on the oven power.
