(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, FEBRUARY 19 - The US is right to believe that Russia "intends to attack" Ukraine in the next few days, or in the next few weeks: said Joe Biden speaking from the White House.
"I am convinced that Vladimir Putin has made the decision to invade," he added.
"It is never too late" for diplomacy, Biden added, leaving the door open to negotiations with Moscow and recalling the meeting between US and Russian foreign ministers.
