How do I earn Samsung Rewards points?
Through Samsung Rewards, you earn points for any product purchase on Samsung.com.
1 euro spent earns 10 points.
It is important to check that you are logged in to your Samsung account during the purchase process, otherwise you waive the right to claim the corresponding points.
It is also possible to collect points via an authorized transaction on the Samsung Pay application.
Bronze customers earn 40 points per transaction, Silver customers 50 and Gold customers 60. Note that a maximum of 40 transactions is authorized per month.

How do I check my points balance?
Your points balance can be viewed in the Samsung Rewards account.
They are credited when the transaction has been confirmed, the applicable withdrawal period has expired and/or the applicable chargeback period has expired.
How long to use the points?
Samsung Rewards points expire 24 months after they are collected.
Members receive a notification when they have only 3 months left to use their points.
These have no cash value.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, assigned or transferred.
Furthermore, the sale and transfer of points is strictly prohibited.
How to redeem accumulated points?
Samsung Rewards points can, however, be redeemed for certain items.
To do this, you have several options.
