(ANSA) - MONACO, 19 FEB - The president of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, denounced the existence of an alliance between China and Russia to impose "the law of the strongest" at the Munich Security Conference.
Russia "is trying to rewrite the rules of the international order", continued von der Leyen.
"Today I can tell you that even if Russia completely shut down gas supplies, we in Europe would be safe for this winter," she added.
