The 95-year-old British sovereign is experiencing "mild cold-like symptoms", however, will likely continue to perform her less demanding tasks at Windsor in the next week.
Elizabeth II tested positive after being in direct contact with Prince Charles in the week in which the latter was infected for the second time by the virus.
