US model Chrissy Teigen wants to get pregnant again after a miscarriage a year and a half ago.
She is currently undergoing preparatory treatments for in vitro fertilization, the 36-year-old said on Instagram.
She wants to "rescue as many eggs as possible and hopefully produce some strong, healthy embryos," Teigen wrote.
She has nothing against the injections administered, but they caused her a strong bloated stomach.
"So I humbly ask you to stop asking if I'm pregnant." She understands that the questions would be asked "with excited, good intentions."
"It's still hard to hear because I'm the opposite of pregnant," Teigen said.
Previously, she had given insights into the treatments in her Instagram story.
"I'm in a very dark bubble"
Teigen and her husband, musician John Legend, announced in early October 2020 that they had lost their third child at 20 weeks pregnant.
At the time, she announced on Twitter that she was suffering from "mourning depression".
"But don't worry, I have so much help around me to get better soon," Teigen tweeted.
The model went on to say that she is in a very dark bubble.
She feels broken and knows nothing but heavy thoughts.
It will not be easy for her to recover.
The 11-time Grammy winner Legend and the model have been married since 2013.
The two already have two children: Luna, five, and Miles, three.
