Vivendi's public tender offer (OPA) for the remaining securities of the Lagardère group, of which it already owns more than 45%, will begin on April 14 and will end on May 20, 2022, according to a document filed Monday with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The French media behemoth, a subsidiary of the Bolloré group, confirms the raising of its offer to 25.50 euros per share (dividend included) for shareholders wishing to sell their stake during this initial period.
The other holders wishing to subsequently sell their shares will be guaranteed to receive 24.10 euros per share until December 15, 2023.
