WhatsApp change: additional function is coming - the design of the update is also affected

WhatsApp has come up with something new again.
The innovations will affect voice recordings in the future.
Berlin – WhatsApp keeps bringing out updates with new functions.
A new update was only recently released, which means that a popular function on the camera is no longer displayed.
In the newly released Android beta version 2.22.5.13, forwarded voice messages get a new design and an additional function.
This is new for users of the popular messenger.

The first change concerns the color, reports the portal
WABetaInfo.
For forwarded voice recordings or audio files, the scrolling icon showing the time is now orange instead of yellow as before.
And that's not all: In order to be able to better distinguish between forwarded voice messages and audio files, both now also have different symbols.

In addition, the waves that are already known from non-forwarded voice recordings are now also visible in a forwarded voice message - provided a current version was used that already has this function.

Another new feature of the update is that users can change the speed of forwarded voice messages.
Previously, this was only possible for messages that you received or sent yourself.
This feature is not yet available for audio files, except in the latest beta of Apple's iOS operating system.
However, Android users can expect this change to come to their operating system soon.
