A pot that can be prepared anywhere and in any situation.

Chocolate is a dish that connects ingredients that you might not think of putting in a pot together on a daily basis, but those who have tasted chocolate in their lives - know and those who have not yet been told that the result is insane.
The chocolate dish was born from a connection between two cuisines - French and German and this is already a good start.
It combines sausages and meats, which are responsible for its smoky taste and vary from region to region and pot to pot, sauerkraut that adds sourness and lightness and tender potatoes.
Some will prefer to cook it in the capital, in other areas with white wine and in any case it is the ultimate winter stew.
If you make it according to my version, it will also not require you to cook for too long or use expensive and hard-to-obtain raw materials, on the contrary it is a pot that can be prepared anywhere and in any situation.

Before you start:
Do not give up the kabanos
- the uniqueness of the pot is in the combination of the meats and sausages and their smoky taste.
Some recipes use bacon, others goose breast or smoked meats.
In this case I chose Kabanos.
It is kosher, easy to obtain and its taste is used as a spice for the pot.
Sausages
- Unlike once, when only one type of sausage was available, today every butcher boasts quality and delicious sausages in different seasoning styles.
You can choose several types and put in a pot and if you actually like the simple chicken sausages, they will work well here too.
