Behind the counter of his kebab, Ahmad Pourmand Safa displays a big smile.
In his establishment, everyone is a "beautiful kid" or a "beautiful kid".
That's what his father called customers when he ran the business and since then the tradition has remained, to the point of giving his name to the kebab in 2017. A real Caen institution for years, the business now attracts crowds from all over France and even from Belgium.
An exceptional increase in attendance that the “Magic Beau Gosse” owes to a regular at the place;

Originally from Normandy, the artist gave a nod to the kebab in the song “C'est du propre” from the album “Civilisation” released last November.
Since then, the establishment has not been empty.
"We even had to hire two people," says Ahmad, proudly wearing a flocked sweater with an extract from the lyrics of the song: "It's for my city, Magic Beau Gosse sauce."
"We have seen a 30% increase in turnover since the release of the album," he adds.
A round trip Marseille-Caen for a kebab, calls to ask for autographs, exceptional preparations for the Orelsan staff… Ahmad told us the best stories of recent weeks.
