The 2022 NAACP Awards ceremony took place last night (Saturday) in the Los Angeles United States, and all the big stars in the industry performed on the red carpet with glam-filled locks.
The ceremony in question is one of the most important events, as it awards prizes to people from the African American culture who are making a force in their field, and aims to put an end to racism in the world.
Beyond the exciting awards received at the event, of course what interests us most is what they wore to the glittering event.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Megan Merkel and Prince Harry received the Presidential Award in recognition of a special achievement and highly respected public service.

For the award, the royal couple dressed in elegant looks by dark-skinned fashion designers.
Duchess Megan wore an amazing maxi dress in one shoulder cut in ultra blue and turquoise colors by fashion designer Christopher John Rogers.
The dress featured a high slit in the leg with a long trail of luxurious chiffon fabric that spilled on the back from back to floor with shiny silver aquasura sandals.
She completed the look with luxury gold jewelry, including Cartier's love bracelet and Alex Bitter's unique gold earrings with Princess Diana's iconic gold bracelet, which she received as a gift from her husband.

Merkel has indeed not often appeared on the red carpet at media events since she left the British Royal Family, but when she decides to come, she does so in a big way with a precise and breathtaking style.
We loved it very much.
Prince Harry wore a tailored classic black tuxedo by fashion designer Oswald Butang, and looked great.

A mini dress with a square neckline made of glittering silver sequins, a long maxi coat in white with silver flowers from the same sequins that matched exactly to the dress and white Spitz high heels by Christian Louboutin.
