(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 27 - The supply of medical oxygen in Ukraine is dangerously low due to the crisis and reserves are barely enough for the next 24 hours.
This was said by WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Regional Director for Europe Hans Henri P. Kluge.
The condition of medical supplies is critical to achieving insecurity for those in need and work is underway with partners to establish safe transit for shipments through Poland.
WHO assumes an increase of 20% to 25% compared to previous needs before the escalation of the crisis.
