On the first day of a further easing of health restrictions in France, the indicators of the epidemic are still on a downward trend on Monday.
Daily hospitalizations fell by 25% in one week.
1,210 new hospital admissions were recorded on Monday, compared to 384 the day before and 1,570 last week.
As for critical care services, there were 163 entries, compared to 59 on Sunday and 210 last Monday, a drop of 30% over one week.

In total, 25,079 people positive for Covid-19 are currently hospitalized - compared to 25,277 the day before and 28,383 seven days ago -, including 2,456 in the departments reserved for the most serious cases - 2,491 on Sunday and 2,905 last Monday.
The government mentioned a passage below the threshold of 1,500 patients in critical care by mid-March among the criteria for lifting all or part of the vaccination pass in force for a month.
The Minister of Health also mentioned contamination below an incidence rate of 500 per 100,000 inhabitants, against 646 in the latest figures available.
Nearly 39 million booster doses
The human toll of the epidemic continues to increase, with 232 deaths recorded in 24 hours in hospital.
Since the start more than two years ago, 138,367 victims have been identified in France.
Vaccination continues at a slow pace.
According to figures from the Directorate General for Health (DGS), 54,197,330 French people have received at least one dose (80.4% of the population), 53,219,766 are fully vaccinated (78.9% of the total population ) and 38,966,062 people received a booster dose.
