(ANSA) - MILAN, FEBRUARY 28 - The Board of Directors of Generali has appointed Alessia Falsarone, Andrea Sironi and Luisa Torchia for cooperation.
The reintegration takes place after the resignations of Francesco GaetanoCaltagirone, Romolo Bardin and Sabina Pucci, who had dropped to 10 the number of directors on the board that expired at the meeting on 29 April.
Sironi, 57, a Bocconi professor, in addition to being appointed as an independent director on the board of Paridi Falsarone and Torchia, was proposed as the candidate for president of Leone on the list for the renewal of the Board of Directors that will be presented by the outgoing board, in the post now occupied by Gabriele Galateri .
