Super crunchy chocolate and peanut butter cubes

Ingredients

  • For the peanut butter layer:

    • 250 grams of white chocolate

    • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (250 g)

    • 1 cup rice crackers (50 g)

  • For the chocolate layer:

    • 200 grams of dark chocolate

    • 3 tablespoons nutella or any similar spread with hazelnuts (50 g)

    • Smooth peanut butter + 1 tablespoon (150 g)

    • 20 grams of butter

    • ¾ Rice crackers (40 g)

Preparation

How to make chocolate slices - peanut butter?

  • 1 Line the pan with baking paper and place within reach.

    layers of bottom peanut butter:

    In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate over a bain marie or in the microwave for about 20 seconds.

    Add the peanut butter and melt for another 20 seconds.

    Mix well to obtain a smooth dough.

    Immediately pour into the pan, place on top of additional baking paper and press down until a straight, uniform layer is obtained.

    Remove the paper and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

    In the same bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a bain marie or in the microwave for about 30 seconds in pulses.

    Add the peanut butter and butter and melt for another 30 seconds.

    Add the chocolate spread and mix well until smooth.

    Pour over the layer that has already cooled and straighten.

    Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
