A source in the Ministry of Finance said: "The Minister is using an amount intended to shorten shifts throughout the country only to shorten shifts in boarding schools in the periphery and emergency rooms.

The amount he received in the budget discussions was NIS 36 million for a pilot to shorten the shifts and later received another 30 million and this amount was supposed to be enough for any shortening of shifts throughout the country.

He must honestly say that there will be no second stage.

And there is no money for shortening shifts in the center.

It is impossible to be irresponsible and build an unsustainable model.
