In the streets or on the terrace of cafes, several Parisians expressed their relief on Thursday after the announcements of Jean Castex.
The Prime Minister announced the end of wearing a mask wherever it was compulsory - except in transport - as well as the suspension of the vaccination pass, during an intervention in the TF 1 newspaper. "I hope that the tensions that there could have been between the antivax, the anti-pass, will calm down, ”comments a forty-year-old.
For another Parisian seated at a coffee table, these announcements are above all synonymous with freedom: “With the vaccination pass, when we had more battery it became the end of the world.
And we have the impression that we are returning to a world in which we are not obliged to justify ourselves at any time on our state of health ”.
The health pass will however remain in force in medical establishments, such as hospitals and retirement homes, as well as the vaccination obligation which applies to caregivers.
