Even without an audience, "Les Enfoirés" 2022 did well on TF1

On Friday March 4, the Restos du Coeur troupe put on a series of spectacular musical tableaux and some rather successful sketches.

They didn't have an audience, but they put heart into it.

"Un air d'Enfoirés", the last show by artists for the benefit of Restos du cœur, recorded in January 2022 in Montpellier, was broadcast this Friday March 4 at 9:10 p.m. on TF1.

It all started with her head in the stars, with disabled tennis player Pauline Déroulède perched on the Moon overlooking footballer Kylian Mbappé.

Soon joined by dozens of other Enfoirés, they chained the titles "Plus haut" by France Gall and "En apesanteur" by Calogero.

Nice moment of emotion then when they diverted the words of Michel Sardou's "Lac du Connemara" in order to greet all the artists present, even slipping a nod to Jean-Jacques Goldman, who left the Enfoirés ago six years.

The succession of musical tableaux was very rich.

On the one hand, sometimes very energetic or playful numbers: "Crazy" by Soprano, "Le reste" by Clara Luciani, "Dieu m'a donne la foi" by Ophélie Winter, "Katchi" by the duo Ofenbach, "Le Mambo decalco” by Richard Gotainer, “La Seine” by M…

A slam by Patrick Bruel

On the other, more solemn moments: "Ordinaire" by Robert Charlebois, "I'm coming back to get you" by Gilbert Bécaud, "Voilà" by Barbara Pravi magnificently covered by the trio Camélia Jordana, Anne Sila and Nolwenn Leroy, "Châtelet les Halles” by Florent Pagny, “Dear friend” by Marc Lavoine… Everyone took advantage of XXL stagings that were eye-opening.

Among our favorite moments of this evening: the cover of "Derrière le brouillard" by Grand Corps Malade and Louane, where we heard Patrick Bruel sing slam, it doesn't happen every day.

But also the majestic return of Catherine Lara joined by Renaud Capuçon on the violin on Goldman's "He changed life" or the touching moment of communion between Jean-Louis Aubert, Patrick Fiori, Claudio Capéo and Bénabar with four children on "Beau- Dad” by Vianney.

Note also the sympathetic participation of Kad Merad and Vanessa Paradis at a distance, who recorded video scenes serving as a backdrop for certain titles.

Organized band in Ch'ti mode

For once, the majority of the humorous sequences were successful.

By taking advantage of the absence of an audience to shoot them behind the scenes, the rendering was frankly convincing, whether it was the jokes about a wig by Gérard Jugnot, the parodies of Nespresso or Carglass ads, or the diversion of Organized band, the collective Marseille rappers led by Jul, Ch'tis or Breton style.

Small flat on the sketch of the football coach a little long, and definitely a big no for that of the space shuttle which fell completely flat, pretext to stage Thomas Pesquet in an astronaut suit…

The absence of an audience, for security reasons in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, was sometimes felt, especially during wide shots which showed empty armchairs, but the Enfoirés preferred to make fun of the situation, devoting several sequences to Nicolas Canteloup trying to sell DVDs of the show in deserted bleachers.

Being deprived of spectators, the Restos du Coeur show a shortfall of 4 million euros.

The donations and purchases of CDs and DVDs for this evening (19.99 euros and 24.99 euros, each sale representing 17 meals), available from Saturday March 5, are all the more important.
