Recipe for cake with applesauce and vanilla pudding: You need these ingredients
Ingredients for the base:
200 grams of flour
80g sugar
80 grams of butter
1 egg
0.5 pack baking powder
Ingredients for the filling:
2 apples
1 jar of apple sauce, about 750 g
1 packet vanilla pudding powder
some milk or apple juice
sugar
cinammon
Ingredients for the crumble:
150 grams of flour
60 grams of sugar
80 grams of butter
some cinnamon

How to bake the cake with applesauce and custard
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees convection.
Mix all the dough ingredients together and then flatten the
dough in a
springform pan

Make a border about two centimeters high.
Slice the apples.
Spread one half on the floor and set the other half aside.
Mix the pudding powder
with a sip of milk or some apple juice
.
Bring the applesauce to a boil in a saucepan and then add the custard powder.
Stir vigorously, then remove the pot from the heat.
Pour the thickened mass onto the base lined with apple slices - you don't necessarily have to let them cool down beforehand.
Now cover the
applesauce
pudding with the remaining apple slices.
Mix the crumble ingredients together and then spread them evenly over the apple slices.
Then bake the cake for about 45 to 50 minutes.
