In Greece, a 60-year-old man is said to have killed a family of four because they owed him rent.
The couple and their two young children were found dead at their home in the small town of Andravida on Wednesday.
Now the suspect has been arrested, who is said to have already confessed.
The confirmed civil protection minister Takis Theodorikakos on Saturday on the state broadcaster ERT.
Andravida is located in the Peloponnese in western Greece.
The alleged perpetrator is the family's landlord.
He is said to have shot the 37-year-old mother and 32-year-old father and suffocated the two two- and three-year-old children.
After his arrest on Friday evening in the port city of Patras, he confessed to the crime, the ANA news agency reported.
The tabloid "To Proto Thema" claims to have found out that the man's violent behavior attracted attention at a young age.
Among other things, he shot a classmate in the leg when he was 15.
An extremist inclination is also suspected: the man has repeatedly published extremely racist posts on social media.
