For the second day in a row, reinforcement courses for students of the two secondary certificates in its scientific and literary branches and basic education continue in a number of schools in Quneitra Governorate and the communities of displaced people in Damascus and its countryside.
Quneitra Education Director Imad Asaad said in a statement to SANA reporter that the courses held in cooperation between the Ministry of Education and the United Nations Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization “UNESCO” to compensate for educational losses and help students to be able to review the curriculum will continue until the 21st of May, on Friday and Saturday of each week. He indicated that it includes mathematics-physics-chemistry-science-Arabic language-sociology-English. A number of schools have been equipped for this purpose in the displaced communities in Damascus and its countryside and on the governorate’s land, in addition to equipping 12 centers in the most needy areas, targeting students who have lost their lives. Educational centers and includes 48 class divisions.
The reinforcement courses target about 2,000 students who are supervised by 120 teachers.
