November Ultra, 33 years old, singer, presented by Clara Luciani
“November Ultra is a Parisian singer and songwriter who overwhelms me and with whom I feel like I share a little piece of the universe.
She is an extremely creative artist, with a visual universe full of fantasy that comes to life in very cinematic clips.
Like me, she is influenced by the musicals of Jacques Demy and the offbeat pop of Harry Styles.
She plays piano and guitar, sings in French and English.
Her voice is enveloping like velvet, you want to snuggle up in it… She transmits something terribly sincere, between
The Sound of Music,
Robert Wise's film, and the melodies of Chavela Vargas.
I discovered her on Instagram
(November Ultra's Instagram account is also followed by Madonna – who has 17.6 million subscribers but only follows 427 people, editor's note)
and through her song
Soft & Tender
.
I wrote to him and we became close.
I invited her to do my first parts at the Olympia and she joined me on stage.
With its pastel-colored dresses and cloud prints, November Ultra puts color everywhere.
She is beautiful, sensual, and unaware of the strength she exudes.
It's so touching to see this unaware beauty.
I can't wait to discover his album.
Le Manège,
his single, is sublime.”
Her voice is enveloping like velvet, you want to snuggle up in it...

“She is in the process of taking over the reins of the Georges-Vernay estate, in Condrieu (Rhône), and I have a lot of admiration for her.
Emma Amsellem is the fourth generation at the head of this vineyard and succeeds her mother, Christine Vernay, who is like a sister to me.
Emma is 32 years old, she is brilliant, both energetic and fresh.
I observed it during a tasting at Romanée-Conti and it impressed me.
We feel that she is a child of the ball!
It does not raise the question of legitimacy.
She goes there fully.
In my eyes, Emma is the embodiment of a successful transmission
Anne-Sophie Pic
I also saw her during the last harvests that she did together with her mother.
Unfortunately, it wasn't a happy moment because the frost had damaged a lot of the grapes, but you could feel his enthusiasm despite everything.
I could see that, even in the face of this situation, she was not afraid.
I saw him live this difficult moment with a form of wonder, innocence, but also will.
In my eyes, Emma is the embodiment of a successful transmission.
And that moves me, because it brings me back to my situation and that of my son.
Between us arises the question of succession and how to prepare it.
I realize, through Emma, that not everything goes through a professional approach, that you also have to show kindness.

“I believe in chance encounters with works, with artists… This is how I discovered the work of Solène Rigou, in June 2019, during an exhibition at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris
( graduated in 2020, she was the winner of the Paris Fine Arts Contemporary Drawing Prize in 2019 and shortlisted for the Pierre David-Weill Drawing Prize in 2020, Ed).
I was immediately impressed by the delicacy of her line and by the way she looks at the world around her.
I continued to follow her work and invited her to be part of the exhibition
Less than thirty years old!!,
at the Galerie du Jour, in June 2020. It seemed particularly important to me, after several weeks of confinement difficult, especially for artists still in school or just out of school, to support this young creation by showing it at La Fab.
The objects that Solène Rigou collects and draws in her compositions represent so many memories of a person, a place: a hand nonchalantly holding a glass, a ray of light illuminating a corner of a tablecloth... What touches me above all else is his search for harmony.
I am very lucky to have several of his drawings in my collection.”

“Sophie is part of this new generation of architects who are decompartmentalising the profession.
She does both design and scenography for exhibitions as well as interior architecture for private residences, shops, hotels... In Paris, you can discover her work on volumes - often very simple -, her just use of materials – with contrasts between the raw and the precious – at Michel Vivien or Trame.
I like his high standards, his fascination for know-how and his concern for quality.
She is curious and open-minded.
It may be linked to her career: she graduated from the ENSA Paris-Malaquais National School of Architecture, studied in Helsinki (Finland), took courses in contemporary art at the École du Louvre. , collaborated with big names like Jean Nouvel, Pierre Yovanovitch, Christian Liaigre, has already done a residency in Majorca (Spain)… I find we have many points in common even if our writings are quite distinct: his goes through textures, mine by colors.
It seems to me that, in the French landscape, Sophie has something of her own, something very personal.
Finally, she has a great asset: she is extremely friendly!
In this profession where we support projects, it is a quality that completely transforms the experience.”

Saandia, 28, singer, introduced by choreographer Blanca Li. Anaïs Boileau
“Since my years in New York, I have always been immersed in a musical universe made up of encounters between cultures.
These continue to irrigate my creations.
I love discovering new nuggets, even if it has become more difficult to surprise me.
I had a real crush on Saandia, a performer who handles her R'n'B and soul inspirations with finesse, while keeping a foothold in her French culture and African roots.
Despite her youth, the range of her style is very wide: her voice, with a slightly serious and grainy timbre, resonates like that of Amy Winehouse, with sometimes the intimate accents of Billie Eilish.
The texts she writes in French or English are sharp, close to the concerns of low-income families struggling to provide a decent future for their children.
They contrast with the other bluettes often detached from reality!
Her words, imbued with feminism and social awareness without being militant, can seduce the spirit of a youth who seek to renew the ways of thinking of previous generations, in a positive way... I am convinced that Saandia is perfectly prepared for lead a stratospheric career and that you will hear a lot about her in the coming months and years!”

“Louise is a wonderful actress who graduated from the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts.
She comes from the theater and has collaborated, in particular, with Pauline Bureau.
During the casting of my film
L'Événement
,
it seemed obvious to me.
I like his audacity.
She embraces the exercise of the plateau with a form of contagious enthusiasm.
She exudes something very solar while also knowing how to show gravity.
In my film, she plays Brigitte, the best friend of the main character played by Anamaria Vartolomei: they are part of the first generation of proletarian students who have access to higher education at a time when women are beginning to break taboos.
In a crucial scene, Brigitte shows her friends how a woman comes to enjoyment.
You had to have immense courage to face this scene which involves the body.
It wasn't just about miming.
You had to have this essential talent for an actor: knowing how to forget yourself.
Louise was sensational.
She managed to bring strength to her character in all the scenes.
She has the grace of those who leap forward and go all the way.
She is also very versatile: she plays the piano, sings and prepares a record.
She will go far."
