We have already heard of all sorts of strange phenomena that occurred after Corona disease, but this story involves hidden body parts that are now being staged in the medical journal Urology Case Reports.

According to the report, a man who contracted corona developed a rare complication that eventually led to a hole in his scrotum, one that exposed his testicles inside.

The 72-year-old man arrived at a urology clinic on suspicion of testicular prolapse.

In the last six months after suffering from corona he suffered wounds and ulcers in his scrotum, and was diagnosed with gangrene of the gangrene (PG) - a rare condition considered a disorder of the immune system.

The patient who suffered from large and painful ulcers received treatment with prednisone steroids, which led to an improvement in his condition.

"However, shortly after the biopsy and before the prednisone effect began, the two testicular lesions merged into one large ulcer," the team wrote in their report, "which caused the left testicle to sag, which was still covered in skin tissue."

Regardless of his worsening testicular condition, the patient was hospitalized for heart failure, and then doctors saw that the skin of his scrotum was eroded in the area of the ulcer, so that partial exposure of the testicle itself was created.

His testicle made its way through the wound, and now popped out of his scrotum.

"When examined by a urologist, with the testicle exposed, it was recommended to place loose sutures in the area to prevent the contents of the scrotum from dropping."

The team was able to push the exposed testicle back into place, before closing the wound loosely and allowing it time to heal.

Five months after discharge, the wound healed nicely.

"Gangermos pyoderma is a challenging diagnosis due to the lack of clear diagnostic criteria, and is considered a diagnosis that occurs after the exclusion of other diseases. While laboratory testing and biopsy can support PG, these are done primarily to rule out other cutaneous ulcers," the team wrote.

They noted that it is possible that the fact that the man contracted corona, contributed to the development of PG.

"Previous studies have shown that COVID-19 can cause various immunological changes that lead to auto-inflammatory diseases, such as PG," they wrote.
