(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 08 - The leader of the League Matteo Salvini has been challenged on his arrival at the Przemysl station, a small town about ten kilometers on the border with Ukraine.
The mayor of the city Wojciech Bakun first thanked Italy and then showed a shirt with Putin's face and turning to Salvini said: "I don't receive it, come with the border to condemn him".
Even a small group of Italians contested the Northern League leader shouting: "Buffone".
Salvini did not accept the provocation by saying that he was there "to help those fleeing the war" (ANSA).
