Friends of the house and prestigious guests flocked to the front row of the fall-winter 2022-2023 show by Virginie Viard. Caroline de Maigret, among others, rubbed shoulders with Venus Williams and Soo Joo Park.


This Tuesday, March 8, celebrities of choice were able to admire, within the confines of the ephemeral Grand Palais, the Chanel fall-winter 2022-23 collection, inspired by the Swinging London of the 1960s. The athlete Venus Williams, the singer of K -pop Jennie Kim or former model Georgia May Jagger... the double C house invited an eclectic audience of stars to an elegant decor covered in tweed.

Serena Williams' sister attended her first fashion show for the house on rue Cambon in a long woven wool jacket featuring the check pattern and two-tone heeled sandals.

Many of the guests opted for the color black - Coco Chanel's flagship color.

Radiant Kim Jennie wore a black ensemble, a quilted teddy jacket and an ultra-desirable mini version of the Boy bag.

Georgia May Jagger was dressed in an openwork lace top that matched her tights.

In addition to Venus Williams, Virginie Viard welcomed new muses for this presentation which pays tribute to the wardrobe of Coco Chanel's former love, the Duke of Westminster.

Stella Belmondo, daughter of the actor who died in 2021, was present as well as model Iman Perez and actress Coco Rebecca Edogamhe.

In a blue-green suit with pronounced shoulders, the actress was able to honor her resolutely couture first name.
