Mannheim and Heidelberg: the police are investigating fake vaccination certificates

In Baden-Württemberg there was a raid because of suspected fake vaccination cards.

The investigators searched a total of 13 objects in Heidelberg and Mannheim as well as the districts of Rhein-Neckar and Heilbronn, as the Mannheim police headquarters announced.

The officials confiscated several presumably counterfeit vaccination cards, presumably misused digital vaccination certificates and several blank certificates from a rapid test station.

Previously, search warrants had been issued against suspects between the ages of 14 and 80.

Using false documents, they are said to have tried to obtain a digital vaccination certificate.

According to the information, pharmacy employees informed the police about the suspects' attempt in the majority of the investigations.
