The pandemic has accelerated the work transformations underway (teleworking, search for meaning, etc.) and amplified the risks, like the opportunities, associated with them.
After the emergency implementation of forced telework during the first confinement, then organized telework, we move on to a third stage, that of hybrid work.
It rethinks the organization of work in complementarity, and no longer in opposition, between remote and face-to-face work.
Companies must move away from an approach by profession to move towards a division by activity allowing them to isolate “teleworkable” tasks from those that are not.
Easier said than done…
The solution consists in going through a team contract which defines the new mode of operation of work by service, in declination of the company agreement on telework, to reconcile the collective rules, which remain…
