Are the Rolling Stones doing a European tour this year?

Rumors have been around for a long time, now the band around Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood is fueling speculation.

The Swiss theologian Walter Ludin is said to have once said: “What the future will bring is written in the stars.

But they're far away.” The fact is that rock's most recognizable constellation, the Rolling Stones Tongue, has moved a good deal closer to our planet since the weekend.

The British band around Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood has released a 13-second film on social networks that electrifies fans: Earth appears in the dark universe, several European cities are marked with the Stones logo, the red , tongue out, then the camera pans into space where the tongue finally finds itself in a sparkling constellation.

The British only commented on the video with this line "Can't you hear me knocking".

Rumors of a European tour by the Stones, who are celebrating their 60th anniversary this year, have been around for a long time.

Guitarist Keith Richards fires them up in the current issue of “Spiegel”.

When asked "Are you coming back to Europe?" the 78-year-old replies: "I don't think I'm allowed to confirm it.

But that's under discussion." It would be the first European tour since the death of Stones drummer Charlie Watts, who died last August at the age of 80.

The band has replaced him with Steve Jordan, 65.

Incidentally, it is difficult to see in the video which German locations are marked with the Stones tongue.

Singer Mick Jagger, 78, followed up on Twitter on Saturday: He showed an alleged chat history with Ronnie Wood: "Hey Ronnie, it's all been confirmed!

You ready?

MJ!“.

It's all confirmed, are you ready?

Wood's response: "Yeah!!!"
