(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 14 - "Our economies and societies, severely hit by the pandemic, are now facing the most serious political, military and humanitarian crisis on the European territory since the Second World War. A conflict that radically changes the geopolitical and strategic framework and security against the background of an emergency - that of climate change - no less disruptive ".
This was stated by the Foreign Minister, Luigi Di Maio, speaking at the XIII Joint Maeci-Bank of Italy Conference.
"In the three years that have passed since the last edition of the Conference due to Covid, the world has profoundly changed", he explained.
