After having formalized their engagement, both offered a first appearance together on the red carpet, Sunday, March 13, on the occasion of the ceremony of the Critics' Choice Awards, organized in Los Angeles.
Nominated in the best actress category for her role in

, by Pablo Larraín, Kristen Stewart wore a long nude Dolce & Gabbana dress, and her companion a white silk suit, embellished with a bra.

The two had previously appeared together at more private events, such as the Oscars luncheon and a
Hollywood Reporter
party .
The couple formalized their relationship in October 2019, on Instagram.
The two met in 2013 on the set of a film (they never specified which one), but only reconnected six years later, during the birthday party of a mutual friend.
"I asked myself, 'Where have you been all this time, how come I didn't know you sooner?'" Kristen Stewart already confided on the set of Howard Stern, in 2019.
Three years later, the actress declared herself “lucky” to have been able to celebrate their engagement during the pandemic.
