(ANSA) - MILAN, MARCH 14 - The Milan Court of Appeal has confirmed the acquittal for the Minister of Tourism and exponent of the Lega Massimo Garavaglia, acquitted "for not having committed the fact" in July 2019 at first instance from the accusation of disruption of auction on a tender for the transport service of dialysis people in 2014, when he was Lombard councilor for the economy.
The judges also acquitted all the other defendants including the former vice president of the Lombardy Region, Mario Mantovani, who had been sentenced in the first instance to over 5 years and who had been arrested in 2015 for corruption, extortion and auction disruption.
