Elena skewers - Elena restaurant disguises itself

At the Elena restaurant at the Norman Hotel, in honor of Purim, they take off their tailored shirts and switch to jeans and a T-shirt.

The chef's restaurant will become a one-time skewer.

So there will be no plastic chairs but yes there will be jars of fresh lemonade, plenty of arak and a selection of salads on the table, there will also be black coffee properly to finish.

The menu offers three different chickpea dishes with grains, meat or local pickles.

The skewers will be served with lamb sirloin, veal livers, octopus, acorn kebab and herbs, shrimp or calamari.

In the dessert section, Bavarian, Malby and Sabosa cream will be served.



When:

Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 12:30 p.m. to midnight.

Chena Restaurant disguises itself as Pizza Hut

Chef Tomer Agai's Chennai restaurant will dress up as Pizza Hut this year.

The famous pizza chain and chef Agai have created a collection of cheesy crust pizzas (with cheese stretched on request, remember?) That will come out of the restaurant's oven with Pizza Hut's familiar and beloved dough.

Alongside the pizzas will be served martini-based cocktails.

Cheesy crust pizzas will be sold for NIS 64.

Pop up sweets in Reviva and Celia

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (March 15-17), a colorful and happy candy stand will be held in Reviva and Celia Park (in the plaza next to the restaurant).

All sweets are handmade in Reviva and Celia's confectionery and are intended for children and adults alike.

Pop Up will have a special edition of iconic candies that we grew up on in updated versions alongside classic candies that will delight any child.

There will be chocolates of various kinds, such as white chocolate with lime-flavored popcorn, milk chocolate with colored lentils, dark chocolate filled with marzipan, flavored truffles, almonds and chocolate-coated nuts, caramelized popcorn, decorated clown cookies, crazy meringue monsters, flavored marshmallows, Such as Mango Passionflower Marshmallow, large cookies such as pistachio cookies with salted caramel, chocolate-coated Madeleine, a giant chocolate stick on a stick with colored candies, a chocolate-coated caramel pecan bar, a pink coconut snack and more.



Alongside these, manna ears filled with chocolate, poppy seeds or marzipan will be sold.



The stand will be open Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 - 19:00 in Tzameret Park in Tel Aviv.

Bilu Restaurant is becoming Mexican

The Italian Silo restaurant from Holon is also celebrating Purim, and on March 16-17 (starting at 19:00 on Wednesday) it will change its face to a Mexican pop-up under the name "El Silo".

The restaurant will become a Mexican celebration featuring sombreros, happy Mexican music, drinks and dishes that will get Mexican twists: the wood-fired focaccia will be served with nachos and Mexican salsa;

Ceviche Salmon will get a touch of pineapple, coriander and peppers and will be served on nachos and green gazpacho, pappardelle ragout will become chilli con carne pappardelle and there will also be a cheese enchalla - a tortilla stuffed with cheese, mushrooms, pesto and tomato sauce.

The drinks section will be celebrated with cocktails, and of course Mexican beer.

Purim Feast of Redefine Meat

In honor of Purim, Redefine Meat joins the Popina restaurant in Tel Aviv, and the Mambo Milano restaurant in Haifa, for a festive evening.

On Wednesday (March 16), the two restaurants will offer a special menu based on the company's planks.



In honor of the meal, the restaurants have created a menu with 3 special dishes that contain the Redefine Meat series of chunks and minced meat.

At the same time, as befits a Purim feast for each dish, special wines selected by Somaliya were matched and served at special prices for the holiday. Plank steak - new meat * - a slice of redefine meat, soy butter, honey and pepper for the four seasons, spinach fondue and caramelized onions
