450-euro job: What other factors have an impact on the salary?
Another factor that has a significant impact on the
salary
is the time at which you work, as the company also announced on the occasion of the evaluation: “Helping in the vaccination center at the weekend is worth the most at 76 cents more per hour, even at the checkout working brings about 50 cents more per hour on average.
Overall, however, the hourly wages on Sundays only increase by an average of 11 cents more per hour, not including the optional weekend surcharges." - and promoter jobs as well as kitchen helpers and temporary workers in retail generally the same on weekdays, public holidays and weekends.”
Mini-job limit increases to 520 euros per month on October 1st
So much for that investigation.
Of course there are also regional differences when it comes to salaries, for example.
How high the
hourly wage
ultimately turns out to be is ultimately often a matter of negotiation.
The amount of the
wages
is determined between the employee and the employer and is recorded in writing in the employment contract.
As of October 1st, the
mini-job limit will also rise from
the previous EUR 450
to EUR 520 per month
.
