The Belgian comedian will once again put on the costume of master of ceremonies on the occasion of the 33rd Nuit des Molières, which will be broadcast in May

After a blank year due to Covid in 2021, the Molières night will return this year for its 33rd edition with, according to our information, Alex Vizorek as master of ceremonies.

The comedian will chair the evening which will take place on a Monday in May at the Folies Bergère, in Paris, and will be broadcast in the first part of the evening on France 3 and no longer France 2, a choice which is not unrelated to the fact that France Télévisions is now the official broadcaster of the Cannes Film Festival which takes place from May 17 to 28, with opening and closing ceremonies on France 2.

This is not a first for the 40-year-old Belgian who had already presented the 31st Nuit des Molières in 2019, already at the Folies Bergère.

The columnist for “Télé Matin”, on France 2, and co-host of “Par Jupiter!

on France Inter, is also eligible for the Molière for humor.

"Ad Vitam", his very good last opus, is in the list of the 21 pre-selected comedy shows.

The nominees announced at the end of March

The voters received a few weeks ago the little booklet containing 270 productions likely to be named in the 19 categories of French theater awards.

They have until Friday evening, midnight, to vote.

Authentic postmark.

After counting the ballots, the names will be revealed at the end of March during a press conference.

Due to the absence of a ceremony last year, the eligible shows are those played over the extended period from January 6, 2020 to March 31, 2022. As usual, the France Télévisions group will offer , during Molières week, its usual operation “Coups de théâtre!

” with plays every evening on its antennas.
