Stewardess reveals - this is how you will get an upgrade on a first class plane (@Cierra_mistt,)
An airline passenger told social media that Boish was in front of the rest of the plane's passengers, after using the call button for the air crew.
The Sun website reports that the passenger, whose name was not released, asked on the social network Reddit under what conditions the same call button should be used.
A passenger tried to break into the cockpit;
The flight attendant knocked a pot of coffee on his head
"I recently boarded an international flight," the man wrote.
"At 5pm, when the meal was served, I slept. I woke up at 5.45pm and realized I had missed my chance to eat, so I pressed the call crew call button to see if they could serve me the meal."
The man further noted that "the flight attendant informed me pleasantly and nicely that she would do so, but noted that the button above the seat was only for emergencies. She then went to the plane's public address system and informed everyone that the call button was actually for emergencies only. "Because people around me definitely paid attention to the whole situation. I've never heard of the call button being for emergencies only. Is that a known thing?"

"Staff are not your servants"
The responses to the man's question were mostly sympathetic, with many noting that this button is definitely not for emergencies only.
One respondent wrote "I do not think it is for emergencies. I have used the button in the past to request a blanket. The flight attendant had no problem with it."
Another respondent agreed with him and wrote: "This is not just for emergencies, but when you need something. Maybe this flight attendant just wanted to be left alone."
Another respondent argued that the case should be written to the airline and reported.
Of course, not everyone agreed with the passenger.
One respondent wrote: A similar thing has happened to me recently.
So I got up, went to the back of the plane and asked for something to eat.
"I do not think this button is for emergency use only, but equally - air crew members are not your personal servants."
Sarah Nelson, president of the International Stewardess Association, agreed with The Point's Guy: "Do not use the call button to request a drink. In general, do not think of this button as your 'vodka-tonic' button."
According to her, instead one should approach the staff members at the insurer and ask for what is required - from a drink to a blanket.
On the other hand, in some situations, there are mitigating circumstances.
For example, a flight attendant named Amanda Flava responded by writing that perhaps the passenger was sitting in the window seat.
"These passengers will prefer to call the crew using the button if the passenger next to them is asleep, so as not to disturb him."
Another flight attendant, Kat Kalmani, noted that the button should not be used during takeoff or landing.
"It completely drives the flight attendants crazy when you press the button when we take off or are about to land. It could cause a real safety issue and we could get injured."
